We receive tapes and film all the time. Some of it is in great condition, having been stored in a cool, dry place for many years. Some of it is not in great shape, having not been stored in ideal conditions such as a damp basement or hot attic for thirty years.

Our team calibrates gear and approaches each tape, cassette, or film reel for transfer with that in mind.

To that end, our team will do their utmost best to maintain the integrity of the final media transfer, given the original state of the media.
